Who This Course Is For
This course is designed for those of you working in the food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, who operate complex processes and need to assess and improve the quality of their product or the process. The course starts at an introductory level but quickly proceeds to the application of statistics within process control.
By the end of the 2-day course you will be able to:

Set-up control charts for the mean and range
Use control charts effectively
Learn how to design control charts for complex processes
